Dukka

Toast 1/4 cup each of whole peanuts and hazelnuts (or take 1/6 cup each of ground nuts) along with 1/8 cup whole almonds (4 tsp ground) and crush to powder.

Toast 1/6 cup sesame seeds, 2T coriander seeds, 4 tsp cummin seeds and mix with nut mix.

Add 4 tsp paprika and 1 1/2 tsp each of ground cummin, tumeric and salt.

Mix well and store in a dry, cool, dim place for up to three months, or indefinitely in the fridge.

Makes a generous 1/2 cup.
