1/4 cup paprikaMix together well and store in a screwtop jar.
1/4 cup dried, crumbled oregano
1/4 cup ground cumin
1/4 cup garlic, onion or table salt
1/4 cup flour
3 T caster sugar
4 tsp chilli powder
Makes about 1 1/3 cups.
